I had an EXCELLENT experience with Sun Coast Restoration. The owner Kyle and the supervisor, Brandon are both top notch professionals. A plumbing company sent a plumber to my place on July 4 to unclog the drain. He accidentally shattered my tenant's drains and flooded their place. The company sent Sun Coast Restoration to repair the damage. Sun Coast was the silver lining in this unfortunate situation. They went above and beyond to treat the mold and resolve the problem. They also replaced my floors and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I have high standards. I am a perfectionist when it comes to construction. They exceeded my expectations. All of the employees have extremely high integrity. I really cannot praise them highly enough. Kyle, Brandon, and team will be my go-to restoration (and flooring company) from here on out.

Kyle is awesome and made sure to keep us informed of what he was doing, how he was going to do it, and other than the noise, my cat liked him. He was professional and approachable at all times. He also helped us figure out our insurance better than the adjuster.
